Offering some of the most consistent, deepest and driest snowfall anywhere in the world each and every winter… with a variety of zones ranging from open powder fields, world-famous shirakaba trees and pillow lines. Southwestern Hokkaido is the ultimate powder playground.
A comprehensive route finding and safety pan is managed by an expert guide with years of experience, knowledge and professional certifications in avalanche operations, making these fully customized tours safe and fun for you and your crew. And the best part?… a professional photographer will join you to capture epic visuals of your japow adventure 📸 🎥 Each and every image is professionally edited for a magazine-quality result that will that tell the stories of your day in the best snow on earth.

Niseko Area + Shirebetsu
The Niseko range and adjacent areas offer a variety of peaks and zones all within easy striking distance (less than 1 hour) from the busy resort areas. Your guide will analyze the snowpack, overnight snowfall, wind, weather, avalanche conditions and your experience and skill level, to choose the best route for any given day and put you into the best snow possible.

Mount Yotei
Mount Yotei, Ezo Fuji, Yoteizan… Niseko’s most iconic peak is mesmerizing from afar, but better experienced up close and personal. Not for the faint of heart… but worthy of the effort. This is Nisekko’s crown jewel of backcountry touring. If the conditions are right, you’ll summit and descend into the crater of a volcano, an bucket list adventure you’ll never forget. And with one of our photographers along for the mission, you’ll have the visuals to relive the day over and over.

Inclusions
- Number of guests: 1-4
- Strong intermediate abilities and above (able to ski/ride black runs in the resort and ability in off piste terrain)
- A good level of fitness is required to be able to tour uphill and ski/ride off piste for a full day in cold, severe weather.
- Transportation Included from the Niseko area
- Touring locations within a one hour drive of the Niseko resort area
- Professional photography
- Videography is available as an add-on (we will film and edit a video of your entire day in the backcountry, from the trailhead to all the powder action)
Exclusions
- Touring gear (skis with pin bindings or splitboards, skins) not included but can be organized through one of our partners
- Avalanche safety packs (becon, shovel, probe) not included but are available for rent
